WLIC in Milan

Today is the second day of the WLIC (IFLA General Conference) in Milan. The city of Milan is not so big as I imagined before. The convention center is also not so big. The auditorium can accommodate about 2000 people, which can not include all the participants, I think. Sometimes, the meeting rooms are very small, and there are not enough chairs for the audience.
Although there are are volunteers outside meeting rooms, I sometimes find it difficult to ask for more chairs.
At first, there was no free water in meeting rooms, but since the second day, we are very happy to have it. In the first day immediately after the Opening Ceremony, we were very surprised to have a free lunch, which we had never had before.
