Found by me, the conferences have been held biannually since 2005, and is now jointly sponsored by the National Library of China and China National Publications Import & Export (Group) Corporation, supported by China Book Business Report and the Committee for Resource Development & Sharing of the Library Society of China, and financially supported by several publishers, such as Gale Cengage Learning, Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, ProQuest, John Wiley & Sons, Springer and Macmillan.
There were 1 keynotes speaker, 3 experts speakers and 230 participants for this conference in Xi'an.
