Going to IFLA

I am ready to go to Milan for the IFLA General Conference. But I am still in Shanghai with my mother, who is seriously ill now. I don't know whether I will finally be able to go there.
I noticed that there is another new IFLA publication National Bibliographies in the Digital Age: Guidance and New Directions. I think we had better translate it into Chinese.
Some of my colleagues are translating FRSAR and FRAD, a draft and an IFLA new publication.
I browsed the IFLA website for conference proceedings, and counted the numbers of papers in seven working languages:
English 201
French 27
Spanish 25
Chinese 21
Arabic 17
Russian 12
German 7
